AI Actions and exports reset every month — on the monthly plans and the season plans alike. Teams and formations are standing limits, not monthly quotas: they describe how big your library can get, and nothing expires.

Questions coaches ask

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can try 3 AI Actions with no account at all, then create a free account — still no card — to save your plays and formations and get 10 AI Actions a month. A card only comes out if you decide to upgrade.
What counts as an AI Action?
One AI Action is one build or one refine — asking the AI to draw a play from your description, or to change a play you already have. They're pooled into a single monthly number, and they reset at the start of every month on every plan, including the season plans. Drawing and editing plays yourself is unlimited on every plan and never spends an AI Action.
What is a season plan?
Flag football runs in seasons, so a season plan is the yearly price paid once up front — it works out cheaper per month than paying monthly. It renews automatically each year, and you can cancel yourself at any time from your account.
Can I cancel or switch plans myself?
Yes, entirely on your own. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, card updates, and receipts all live in your billing portal — no emailing us to cancel, no support ticket.
If I downgrade, do I lose the plays I made?
Never. Your plays and formations stay exactly where they are. We simply stop new saves past the free limit and turn off export until you upgrade again — and the moment you do, everything is back.
What happens if my card fails mid-season?
Nothing dramatic, and nothing on game day. There's a grace window while the card is retried, so a late payment never locks you out of the playbook you're about to coach from.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payment runs entirely on Stripe's own hosted checkout — your card number never touches RC Football's servers, and we never see or store it.
