Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RC Football (the "Service"), a free web app for designing flag football plays and building playbooks. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who Can Use the Service
The Service is intended for coaches and adults organizing amateur and youth flag football teams. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the plays, playbooks, rosters, and other content you create with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — for example, saving your plays so you can access them across devices and exporting them to Google Drive at your request.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the right to use any names, images, or materials you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service to store or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.
- Do not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own.
- Do not use automated means to scrape or extract data beyond normal use of the app.
Free Service
RC Football is offered free of charge to amateur coaches. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, the terms and pricing for those features will be presented to you before you purchase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google (for sign-in and Drive exports). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RC Football and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. On termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
