Copy a play from the library into your own playbook
Open any play on the site in the designer with one click, change what you want, and save it to your playbook. It costs nothing and needs no account to try.
Steps
- 1
Find a play you want
Browse the plays index, or go straight to a concept page such as mesh or four verticals. Every play page shows the diagram for a specific game format rather than a generic one.
- 2
Open it in the designer
Use the Open in the designer link on the play page. It loads the exact diagram you were looking at, in the right format, on the right side of the ball.
- 3
Change what you want
Move a receiver, redraw a route, flip the formation. You are working on a copy from the moment it opens, so nothing you do changes the catalogue version.
- 4
Save it to your playbook
Saving needs a free account and nothing more. The play is then yours: it appears in your library, it can be tagged, cloned and shared, and it can go on a wristband.
What it costs
Free. Opening a catalogue play spends no AI action and needs no account; saving it needs a free account. There is no cap on how many plays or playbooks you can build on the free plan.
Things worth knowing
- Opening a catalogue play is not an AI action. It loads a diagram that already exists, so it does not count against the monthly AI allowance.
- The link carries the format, so a 5v5 play opens on a 5v5 field rather than being redrawn at the wrong size.
- The free plan allows 2 saved formations and 1 team. Plays and playbooks themselves are not capped.
- If you want to start from a description instead of an existing play, the designer will draw one from plain English, and that does spend an AI action.
Questions
Where can I find flag football plays I can copy?
Every play on this site opens in the designer as an editable copy. They are organised by game format, from 5v5 and NFL Flag through 7v7 and 11v11, and by concept such as mesh, flood or four verticals.
Can I edit a play from the library?
Yes. You get a copy the moment it opens in the designer, so you can change anything on it. The catalogue version is never modified.
Do I need to pay to save a play?
No. Saving plays and building playbooks are free, with no cap on how many. The paid plans add exports, the play simulator, the practice wizard and the premium library.
